Well those of us begging for the summer finally got our wish. Let's see how long that last before we starting complaining of the oppressive humidity. I'm personally enjoying walking out the door without worrying about whether or not I need an extra shirt and such.
Alright, enough yaking about the weather. Here's this weeks random insta post;
Friday Fix: (upper body) Tension in a deadlift- I'm going to take a shot in the dark and guess that you don't enjoy back pain, if you do...we need to talk. Anyway, for those that don't enjoy back pain and picking up heavy things (aka deadlifting), give this piece from Ashley Crosby a glance. Yes it's a couple months old and no the value of the information doesn't depreciate, so read it already.
The Top 3 Mobility Exercises for Lifters- About that whole lifting thing, we do need mobility to do it well. Dr. John Rusin makes his way into Things I've Found. I know I've used variations of these, if not the whole thing. I mean what does he know, he's only super smart and can deadlift a house. Even if you have a low desire to read, just watch the videos, they still help.
The Cost of Getting Lean: Is It Really Worth the Tradeoff?- With about 99% certainty, I'm sure I've posted this one here before. It's worth reposting, especially seeing as I've seen some super fake/photoshopped before and after's on certain companies' websites. It's not new and yes it's worth getting leaner, but there's a point where it'll drive you MAD. Have a read if you haven't already, I'll keep posting it until it's more common knowledge than the BS out there.
