What is it?

Strength Camp (think boot camp) is a weekly small group class aimed at improving conditioning, building strength, and increasing skills. 

How does it work?

Each week brings something new in strength camp, but don't worry there is a method to the madness. Class is set-up following a 4 week program structure focusing on strength, metabolic, density, and skill building. The exercises and movements in class are adaptable for all ability levels. And, class is capped at 6 people so you'll always get individualized attention, plus it's a great way to test the waters.

When?

​​Friday Morning, 6AM-7AM

​Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your spot in class.

Strength camp is FREE for current clients who already train with First XV. Yes that's right, it's free, if you are currently training with me or have received a program in the last month. Just be sure you schedule a spot ahead of time. This is just one way of giving back to you, my clients, so take advantage!
