How it Works:
The focus at First XV is semi-private coaching/training. When you come in to train you will be with 1-3 other people, possibly 4 depending on schedules. We are creating a community of people that will be both knowledgeable and strong! Each client starts with an assessment, after that a program is designed based on your needs and goals. I am there to coach you through new movements, push you to new limits, answer questions and rock out to whatever music happens to be playing.
Assessments
A 60-minute, private session for new clients. During this time we will talk about your goals, training history, previous injuries, and I will take you through some simple exercises to assess how you move.

Semi-private Coaching
Semi-Private sessions mean you will be working out with 1 to up to 4 other people however each person has their own program and goals. Hours not listed below may be available upon request, contact me for further information.

Private one-on-one Coaching
Becoming awesome in a group is more fun than working out alone (to me at least) but I understand that's not for everyone. Contact me for one-on-one coaching availability.
