Hello to all you Friday enjoyers. Likely if you're in the Chicago area, you aren't at work...enjoy that feeling. I've got some epic stuff for everyone today. I'm sure you can all guess what I'm leading with here.
Complete Shoulder and Hip Blueprint- Yes I'm sure you've heard me say this once, if not 1000 times already, this stuff is the bomb. Everyone can nod their head at either having a wonky hip, a cranky shoulder or something in between. If you nodded your head then go ahead and check this bad boy featuring Dean Somerset and Tony Gentilcore.
3 Stretches That Make Things Worse- Dr. John Rusin is smart...like really smart. This piece off T-Nation is something everyone needs to read. I will admit to doing at least one of these stretches...no more than that. I'm sure you can admit to at least one too.
How I Set Myself Up For Injury- We all know I'm a huge fan of Jen Sinkler's work. Couple that with the fact that I just posted about my own training injury from this year I figured this was quite appropriate. Hopefully one of you out there can learn from Jen's experience here.
