The world must be a bit backwards when I look on the TV and it's nice and sunny in England, while here it's rather wet and cold. I hate just reverting to the weather on this opening but it's what I noticed, can't be helped you know.
Alright with that here is the random Insta post of the week (or last couple weeks in this case).
Are You Doing Stupid Stuff in the Gym?-It's always good to ask questions about your routine, whether they're rhetorical or not. In any case if you're wondering if what you're doing in the gym is worth the time, give this old piece (that T-Nation kindly reminded me of) by Eric Cressey a read. It's no the end all answer, but it'll give you an idea.
I Finally Broke Up With My Scale-I may be cheating by putting this one up here for possibly a 2nd time, or maybe I put a similar one. Either way the message needs to keep spreading. Don't let the scale define you. Have a read of Neghar Fonooni's post here and hopefully it at least starts to change your mind. Which is Better: Progressive Overload or Muscle Confusion?-The wonderful writings of Ashley Crosby are at it again. Most of you know my take on the muscle confusion thing...it's not super positive. Ashley puts it a bit nicer than I would, but still you P5000ers out there that wanna change exercises every 5 minutes might be disappointed.
