Good Friday afternoon to you all, I've got more greatness for you to slide into the weekend with. Hopefully everyone has had a fun week and for everyone in Boston, hope you're ready for the cold to return because apparently winter is coming...uhh I mean it's coming back. OK here's the good stuff I've found.
The Bigness Project- I'm a huge fan of Jen Sinkler's work. She has long been a huge part in championing women lifting and not worrying about being a size 0. Her latest product really just nails the point home, be sure to check it out. Why The "Pause Button Mentality" is Ruining Your Health and Fitness- J.B. (Dr. John Berardi) hit's another out of the park with this piece. To compel Brian St. Pierre to post on social media usually takes some doing, ha sorry Sainty. Seriously, if you're a fan of those 21-day fix things and the like, give this article your time, you'll thank JB (and me) later. 3 Moves to a Better Front Squat- Front squats are the bane of (almost) everyone's existence. Those of you that it's not...you might be some sort of witch or warlock...or crazy. Anyway for those of us that do struggle with this particular lift, give these moves a shot from Alex Nurse, maybe you'll turn into one of those other 3 people.
