What is it?
A well rounded, 8 week, strength and conditioning program designed to help athlete's stay fit, stay fast, stay in the game and off the injury list. The program will include 2 days a week of training with an option for a 3rd (Monday, Thursday, Saturday).

Who is it for?
Any school athlete looking to get one over on their competition and enjoy their chosen sports more.
Why should anyone do this?
To improve on the field, court, track or ice and limit injuries, letting you enjoy more time in your sports. I myself saw strength & conditioning as a way to improve in my chosen sport. With the help of good coaching, I played rugby for 20 years without much missed time.
When is this starting?
Sessions will start Early to Mid September. Time slots and date are still TBD (see form below and keep eyes peeled here & social media for updates).

$125/4 weeks ($250 total)
$200 for all 8 weeks up front ($50 off)
3rd day can be added for $50 for 4 weeks or $100 for 8 weeks.

My favorite part of my training so far hasn't been a specific workout but instead the amazing progress I have been able to make.
