The Ask Mike Reinold Podcast-Those that don't know who Mike Reinold is here's the short version. He's a super smart PT and Strength Coach, founder of Champion Physical Therapy and Performance based here in Boston. His podcast has quickly become a favorite of mine, the episodes are short, sweet and to the point with good information.
What Were You Doing a Year Ago-Tony Bonvechio always puts out some good content and this one is adaptable to pretty much everyone. We all have goals of some sort, fitness or otherwise and this post is a good reminder of those that are expecting the results here and now.
My Evolution of Boot Camp to Strength Camp-Alright so this was a bit of a cop out, sorry to let you all down. I do feel it's appropriate because it is Strength Camp Friday after all. It's still one of my personal favorites that I wrote and also one of the favorite things I've done with my coaching is this class.
